The internet can be a breeding ground for hate. 'Educate Against Hate' gave parents, teachers and school leaders the weapons to fight back. Users shaped content around their own fears and classrooms. Posters and direct mail kept the conversation alive, pulling people back for answers. The response was immediate. In the first few weeks, 135,659 people turned to the portal, clicking through 384,915 pages. Nearly 9,500 stood up on social media. Almost 4,900 became followers. The campaign reached over 26.5 million people. When extremism came for children online, adults were ready.
